I'm over it....for now.

My reasons for starting this blog was not to bitch about the Parsa Law Group forever. It was mainly just to get the word out to anyone else who may have been scammed by him.  Dwelling on this rip off will get me no where.

I have sent my claim to the California State Bar to the Client Security Fund and they may reimburse the retainer fee I paid to Parsa. The fact that the State Bar has such a fund makes me wonder: Are they a lot of corrupt attorneys out there?  Maybe, why else the need for such a fund?

Time to move on and voice my opinions about other things, which I will do in the coming days.

Karma has a way of taking care of things and I know karma will take care of Jim Parsa.

  1. I've had almost the identical experience in Florida. Ticktin Law Firm scammed me out of $4,000...reported them to the bar, attorney general, etc. The Florida Bar states they did nothing wrong even when the owner of the firm was barred from practicing law due to another scam he was involved in. He had his daughter step in for the firm and thus I got screwed. Good luck with your fight. I am fighting my foreclosure pro se now and think it is a total disgrace that the banks are allowed to do these dispicable things to homeowners. I've owned this home for 14 years and will not lose it without a fight. Following your success...Kathy

  2. Hello Rebecca: I here so many stories of people losing there home because they have hope of being able to save their home. I am in a similar situation and under stress of becoming homeless unless I sell. Do you think I should sell and try and get something out of my home even though I am selling at a lost. I was thinking some cash on hand is better than further debt and losing everything. Hope to here from you soon
